What Is LSR Injection Molding?
LSR injection molding uses two-part platinum-cured liquid silicone, automatically metered and mixed in a 1:1 ratio, then injected into a heated mold (170–200°C) where it cures into precise, flexible parts. The closed-loop process produces flash-free parts with consistent quality at high volume.
