What materials do you use?
All our silicone products are made from 100% food-grade silicone, certified by FDA and LFGB. BPA-free, non-toxic, and safe for baby, kitchen, and pet use.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Free samples shipped within 7 business days so you can check quality, texture, and color before bulk production.
Do you support custom designs?
Absolutely. Full OEM/ODM — custom colors (Pantone-matched), debossed/embossed logos, custom shapes, and branded packaging.

What's the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts at 500–1,000 units per design, depending on product complexity. Contact us for a precise quote — we work with both startups and large brands.
How does the order process work?
Inquiry → Design confirmation → Mold making (10–15 days) → Sample approval → Mass production (15–25 days) → QC inspection → Shipping. A project manager stays with you the whole way.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C for large orders, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for first-time buyers.

How long does shipping take?
Sea freight: 15–30 days. Air freight: 5–7 days. Express (DHL/FedEx): 3–5 days. Timelines vary by destination and order size.
Which shipping methods do you offer?
Sea freight (best for bulk), air freight (faster), and international express. We also ship to your forwarder or Amazon FBA.
Is the packaging retail-ready?
Yes. Standard bulk packaging, custom retail boxes, hang tags, and barcode labeling — all customizable to your brand.
