Silicone Compression Molding
FDA & LFGB Certified Silicone Manufacturer for Larger, Thicker Parts
What Is Silicone Compression Molding?
Compression molding uses solid high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR). A pre-measured amount of silicone is placed into a heated mold cavity, then compressed under heat and pressure until it cures. It is ideal for larger, thicker parts that do not require the tight tolerances of LSR injection molding.
